What is the difference between gold plating, K gold and 925 silver?

  • 925 Silver : This is an alloy containing 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals. Sterling silver is too soft for design, so this combination can make silver jewelry more durable, less susceptible to deformation, and more wear-resistant.
  • K gold : K gold refers to the proportion of pure gold contained in gold jewelry, and pure gold is 24K. 18K gold contains 75% gold and the other 25% is other metal alloys. The advantage of K gold is that it has the high texture of gold and is not easily deformed. It is more suitable for daily wear than pure gold.
  • Gold plating : This is a process where real gold is plated on the outer layer of the jewelry. The inner layer may be other metals. The ones commonly used by brands are silver or copper, and the price will be different! Please note that although the metal inside is 925 silver, as long as it is gold-plated and not pure gold, it will fade over time.
How do I care for my jewelry?

What should I do if my 925 silver jewelry is oxidized?

  • Professional cleaners : Use specialized cleaners and follow the steps in the instructions to effectively remove the oxide layer.
  • Silver polishing cloth : Gently wipe the surface of the jewelry with a silver polishing cloth to quickly restore the luster.
  • Make your own cleaner : Mix baking soda and a little water to make a paste, apply it lightly on the jewelry, wipe with a soft cloth, and rinse with water.

What should I do if my K gold jewelry is oxidized?

Although K gold is less delicate, it may oxidize and become dull or produce small spots if you are not careful or if it lasts for a long time.

  • The easiest way is to dip a soft-bristled toothbrush in soapy water and gently scrub the dirty areas.
  • If it is gold, platinum, or pure K gold, you can directly use a cotton ball dipped in alcohol to wipe it. However, if there are other gems on the jewelry, such as diamonds and pearls, it may cause the gems to deteriorate, so remember to avoid them.
What should I do if my gold-plated jewelry has oxidized?
  • As long as it is not pure gold or pure silver, it will fade. Sometimes K gold will be electroplated to make its color more beautiful. When the electroplating layer wears off, the color of the metal will be revealed.

Does the product have a warranty?

  • The FREQNC design jewelry brand uses 925 silver, K gold or relatively sweet copper gold plating. The electroplating process of all products is three-layer electroplating, plus a layer of color preservation process. Gold-plated products are all plated with a thick layer of real gold, which is 3 times thicker than ordinary jewelry on the market (generally 0.03mm in the industry, FREQNC plating reaches 0.08~0.1mm, each model is slightly different).

Where is my invoice?

After consumption, through the "Green World Technology" electronic invoice platform The issued electronic invoice information will be uploaded to the electronic invoice integration platform within 48 hours for storage.
  • Green World Member Vehicle: When a member issues an invoice after checking out for shopping, priority will be given to using the "Green World Technology Electronic Invoice Vehicle" to store electronic invoices for members.
  • After the electronic invoice is issued, Green World Technology will send the electronic invoice to the email address used by the member when registering on this website.
  • Consumers can return the Green World Technology electronic invoice carrier to their mobile phone barcode or natural person certificate.
How to query electronic invoices

The electronic invoice issuance notification letter contains an electronic invoice information link, which can be linked to Green World Technology to query invoice details. 48 hours after the invoice is issued, members can also go to Green World Technology’s electronic invoice inquiry or the Ministry of Finance’s electronic invoice integration service platform for inquiry.

How to claim your prize
  • According to the regulations on the use of unified invoices, the original invoice must be used for invoice redemption. The prize will be matched on the 26th of every single month based on the unified invoice winning numbers announced by the Ministry of Finance. If there is a prize, the winner will be notified by text message or e-mail. Can a single order be issued as multiple invoices?

Due to the website system settings, one order corresponds to one invoice. Please note that you cannot issue multiple invoices separately. If you need to place separate orders, please place orders for the products separately (for special circumstances, please ask customer service staff first).
