Does the product have a warranty?
- - Since FREQNC atelier brings together different healing brands, products with limited shelf life such as flowers are not within the warranty period, and the warranty period provided by each brand is also different. - - If you purchase jewelry from the platform’s own brand FREQNC, you will enjoy a 3-month warranty period. Any damage caused by human factors such as breakage, falling diamonds, being put into a swimming pool or being immersed in corrosive liquids will lead to black spots. Improper use such as spots is not covered by the warranty. The platform provides maintenance services. Fees will be charged based on the actual repair condition of the product, and round-trip express delivery fees will be charged. Whether it is 925 silver, k gold, or gold-plated jewelry, you need to pay attention to the following points:

- - Do not touch water : avoid swimming pools, hot springs and sea water; in addition to k gold, try to remove it when you sweat a lot, as it can easily cause corrosion to jewelry
- - Easy storage : When not wearing, it can be placed in a sealed bag or box to reduce friction and contact with air, which can reduce the oxidation rate
What is the difference between gold plating, K gold and 925 silver?
- - 925 Silver : This is an alloy containing 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals. Sterling silver is too soft for design, so this combination can make silver jewelry more durable, less susceptible to deformation, and more wear-resistant.

The electroplating process of all products is three-layer electroplating, plus a layer of color preservation process. Gold-plated products are all plated with a thick layer of real gold, which is 3 times thicker than ordinary jewelry on the market (generally 0.03mm in the industry, FREQNC plating reaches 0.08~0.1mm, each model is slightly different).
- - What are the benefits of this? It is less susceptible to allergies and has a longer color retention time. Many people in our team have allergies, and their bodies will itch and get rashes when they wear cheap jewelry.
