Lovely crystal!
Freqnc contacted me when they saw I only ordered one plain crystal to make sure I didn't mean to buy a charm. I explained I'd bought the earrings on another site but my crystals didn't quite match. They not only shipped the replacement but offered a store credit to make up for the inconvience. Got my crystal and not only is it lovely, but they even included a hand written note and free gift.
